"Easy pickup and no hassle"
I ordered my travel money online and collected it in store the next day. As someone who likes to have everything sorted before a trip, I really appreciated how straightforward it was. The rate was shown clearly before I paid, so there were no surprises. The click and collect option was handy too because I was already heading into town. Staff just checked my ID and handed the money over. Super easy, and I’d use travelex.co.uk again.

I went into the branch to sort out my travel money and expected it to be a bit of a faff, but it was better than I thought. The staff were friendly and didn’t make me feel rushed, which I appreciated. They explained the rates and options clearly enough, though I’m always a bit wary with exchange rates because it’s easy to feel like you’re not getting the best deal. The queue moved quicker than expected too, so that was a plus. Overall, straightforward and I’d probably use them again.

I used my Travelex card at an ATM while I was away i was kind of waiting for something to go wrong because that’s usually how these things go, right? But nope — it worked first time, the cash came out quickly, and when I checked the rate later it seemed reasonable. No awkward moment at the machine, no stress, no random issue to deal with. Really, that was all I was hoping for, so I’m happy with it

I used Travelex to get some holiday money, i wasn’t really sure what I needed at first. The staff were really helpful though, and they explained everything in a simple way without making me feel rushed. I think it made the whole process a lot easier than I expected. I’d probably use them again.

I ordered currency on travelex.co and the confirmation came through almost straight away. Everything was laid out clearly, including the collection time, amount and reference number, so there was no messing about. Any confusion felt totally avoidable because the info was all there. Smooth process, to be honest.

"Safe service, just a bit slow"
I had my payment flagged when I was ordering travel money, which was really annoying at first. Support sorted it out quickly though and explained why it happened, so that helped. Overall it felt really safe to use, but it did take a little longer than I wanted. 4 stars from me
